Trial & billing

I don’t see the 48h trial

  • Use the official launch URL: roseram.com/launch.
  • Try an incognito window (extensions / cached redirects).
  • Confirm you’re selecting Plus or Pro trial — not an old bookmark.

I was charged but expected free trial

  • Check whether 48 hours already elapsed.
  • Confirm cancel completed before trial end in the billing portal.
  • Keep the receipt email; contact support with account email + timestamp (SGT or UTC labeled).

How do I cancel?

Cancel from the billing / subscription settings before trial end to avoid charge. After paid, access continues through the period per site terms. See Pricing & trial.

Email verification & $25/day

Verify email never arrives

  • Check spam / promotions.
  • Resend from Usage & Billing.
  • Confirm you typed the right inbox (SSO vs password email mismatch is common).
  • Wait a few minutes; try again once before opening a ticket.

I verified but don’t see $25/day

  • Refresh the usage panel; re-open Usage & Billing.
  • Remember: allowance is per UTC day, not local midnight (Singapore midnight ≠ UTC reset).
  • Unused does not roll over — a quiet yesterday doesn’t bank for today.

Usage hit a wall midday

  • You may have reached the daily verify allowance and/or a hard spend limit.
  • Check whether auto top-up is off.
  • Wait for UTC reset or adjust limits / top-ups intentionally — don’t assume unlimited frontier compute from the Plus sticker price.

Workspace & agents

Workspace won’t load / blank screen

  • Hard refresh; try another browser.
  • Disable aggressive ad blockers for roseram.com temporarily.
  • Check status / your network (VPN quirks).

Agent ignores my plan

  • Re-state constraints in the plan; shorten the goal.
  • Start a new plan → build loop instead of endless chat continuation.

Spend looks higher than expected

  • Check model / route and reasoning effort (Models).
  • Large context and multi-file builds cost more.
  • Set a hard spend limit before the next session.
  • Reminder: $5/mo ≠ Cursor-level included usage.

Preview / review missing

  • Confirm the build step finished.
  • Look for failed commands in the agent log.
  • Re-run review on a smaller change set.

Model missing from picker

  • Availability varies by capacity and plan — try Roseram routing or another route.
  • Don’t assume every frontier model is always listed.

Responses slow

  • High reasoning effort and large contexts add latency.
  • Try a smaller task slice; we don’t publish fake latency benchmarks here.
