How the share is calculated
Holder’s units ÷ 100 billion total units × distributable net proceeds. A 50 million-unit allocation represents 0.05% of total supply.
Net proceeds means revenue remaining after refunds, taxes, fees, and recorded costs. The final cost rules, reporting periods, and payout schedule are still to be defined. Units for sale or reserved are not paid allocations.

Allocation terms
The pool contains 100 billion Roseram platform Roserams. Each eligible verified account can claim 50 million units (0.05% of the pool), at no cost. A combined 51 billion-unit cap (51% of total supply) covers units for sale, reserved, and taken, including free claims. This permits up to 1,020 free claims when there are no other commitments. Places are confirmed in the order completed claims are accepted, while supply remains.
These are internal digital units. This claim does not issue corporate shares, establish company ownership, promise dividends or cash value, or activate payouts. Email verification confirms access to an email address; it does not verify a unique individual. One claim per account, verified email, and phone number. You can hide your public profile after claiming.

Who can apply?
Anyone with an eligible, verified account can apply. Complete your profile and agree to the terms. Completed claims are accepted first come, first served while allocations remain.
What does it cost?
The individual allocation is free. It includes a complimentary affiliate account. Paid tools, model usage, and advertising are separate.
What will other people see?
Your name, optional profile photo, allocation, and joining date appear only with your consent. Your email, phone number, and address stay private. You can hide your public profile later.
Are net proceeds being distributed now?
No. Sharing net proceeds across Roseram products and services is the intended model. Accounting rules and a payout schedule still need to be finalized before distributions begin.
Are the social profiles equity holders?
A social directory listing alone does not confirm an allocation. Recorded equity partners appear in the public partner ledger.
