Agreement and eligibility
These Terms of Service govern your access to roseram.com and the related applications, APIs, previews, integrations, and paid features we provide, collectively called the Service. By creating an account, connecting a service, or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. You may not use the Service where prohibited by applicable law.
Accounts and security
Provide accurate account information and protect your credentials, access tokens, recovery methods, and connected accounts. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
We may require email confirmation, additional authentication, or verification before enabling sensitive operations. Contact support@roseram.com if you believe an account or integration has been compromised.
AI-assisted development service
The Service can analyze user-selected code, generate or modify files, route requests among available AI models, connect external development services, and help preview or deploy software. Features, models, routing behavior, limits, and availability may change as the platform evolves.
Model names identify available or planned routing options and do not imply ownership, endorsement, or affiliation unless expressly stated. Some requests may be processed by third-party model providers selected by you or by intelligent routing settings.
Plans, subscriptions, credits, and billing
Prices, included benefits, renewal periods, taxes, trial terms, launch offers, and usage allowances are shown at checkout or in your account. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not ordinarily reverse a completed billing period unless required by law or stated in the applicable offer.
Eligible new Plus and Pro subscriptions begin with a 48-hour free trial. A payment method is required, no subscription fee is charged at trial start, and the displayed monthly price is charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel first. Trial eligibility may be limited to one trial per person, account, payment method, or household to prevent abuse.
Usage credits are service credits, have no cash value, cannot be transferred unless we approve it, and may expire or be limited as disclosed when issued. Promotional and early-supporter benefits remain subject to their published eligibility, duration, fair-use, safety, and capacity terms.
- Stripe or another disclosed payment provider processes card payments; we do not receive full card numbers.
- You authorize recurring charges when purchasing a recurring plan.
- Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly promised at checkout.
- You are responsible for applicable taxes and for keeping billing information current.
Unlimited plans and fair use
An unlimited plan means there is no fixed request count within the published plan experience. It does not promise infinite compute, uninterrupted capacity, automated abuse, credential sharing, resale, or workloads that materially impair the Service for others.
We may apply reasonable concurrency controls, rate limits, model routing, safeguards, or temporary restrictions to protect reliability, security, provider capacity, and equitable access. We will not use fair-use controls to impose undisclosed per-request charges.
Your content and connected services
You retain ownership of code, prompts, files, repositories, and other content you provide. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and transform that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service according to your settings and applicable law.
Only connect repositories, databases, hosting accounts, credentials, and other resources you are authorized to use. You remain responsible for reviewing requested permissions and for the activity performed through connected third-party services.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to violate law, rights, security, or the integrity of any system. Prohibited conduct includes:
- Accessing accounts, code, systems, or data without authorization.
- Distributing malware, stealing credentials, evading safeguards, or facilitating harmful cyber activity.
- Generating unlawful abusive content or infringing intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights.
- Interfering with the Service, bypassing limits, reselling access without permission, or using automated traffic that creates unreasonable load.
- Misrepresenting generated material as professionally verified when independent review is required.
Outputs and human review
AI-generated output can be incomplete, insecure, inaccurate, non-unique, or unsuitable for your intended purpose. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, licensing, securing, and validating output before relying on or deploying it.
Do not rely on the Service as a substitute for qualified legal, medical, financial, safety, security, or other professional advice. Maintain backups and an appropriate rollback path for material changes.
Third-party services
The Service may interoperate with providers such as source-control platforms, databases, hosting services, payment processors, email services, and AI model providers. Their terms and privacy practices govern their services. We are not responsible for third-party outages, changes, content, or actions outside our control.
Availability, changes, and suspension
We work to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, compliance, maintenance, provider changes, or product development.
We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, fraud, security risk, nonpayment, unlawful conduct, or activity that threatens users or the Service. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided as available without warranties not expressly stated in these terms. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
General terms and contact
Applicable law governs these terms while preserving any mandatory consumer protections available to you. Before filing a formal claim, please contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the concern. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the Service, law, security, or business practices. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by another reasonable method. Questions may be sent to legal@roseram.com.
