FREE LESSON 2 OF 8 · BEGINNER
Make a routine that sticks
Build a calm work habit. Learn to reset after a missed day.
Make the start easy
A routine is a step you repeat at a set time. Tie it to something you do now. After breakfast, open your notes. After a walk, check one task. Keep the first step so small that you know how to begin.
Put what you need in one place. Close tabs you do not need. Set a short timer. Work on one thing. At the end, leave a note that says where to start next.
Miss a day? Start again.
A missed day is not the end of the plan. Look at what got in the way. Was the task too large? Was the time wrong? Make the plan smaller and try again.
Rest is part of good work. Do not skip sleep or spend money you need for daily life to chase a fast result. A steady pace gives you room to think.
Try these steps
- Choose a ten-minute work slot.
- Write one task before you start.
- End with a note: what worked, what got stuck, what comes next.
A real-world example
Monday: draft a title. Tuesday: add the price. Wednesday: test the button. Three small sessions can move a page further than one long night of worry.
