CUSTOMER ACCOUNT / ATTRIBUTED EVIDENCE
What this case establishes
This is a commercial publisher’s customer account. Roseram checked the source and wrote the analysis; it did not interview the customer, run the product, audit the figures or establish that AI caused the reported business result. The pilot below is a proposal, not a completed experiment.

Lazy AI: the documented workflow
Anthropic’s Lazy AI account describes conversational full-stack application creation and cloud deployment using a historical Claude configuration. It reports different measures for syntactically correct JavaScript, first-attempt implementation and repeated fixes. Those are separate definitions of success, not interchangeable evidence that an application is ready for employees.
The mechanism worth examining
Internal applications appear simple because their audience is small. The real contract can still involve permissions, persistence and data reconciliation. A generated form is useful only when the right user can submit the right information and retrieve it later. Map that journey before evaluating generation. First-attempt completion should include observable behavior rather than the presence of files or a preview screenshot.
The implementation decision
Choose a bounded internal request queue with two test roles. Specify required fields, duplicate behavior and who can see each record. Use synthetic data and a test backend. Ask the builder to state which services must be configured rather than inventing credentials. A one-page interface and a working data workflow are different deliverables and should have different acceptance criteria.
Where the workflow can fail
A preview can look complete while records disappear on reload or every user can read the same data. Browser-local storage may be adequate for a demonstration but inappropriate for a shared employee system. Inspect where data lives and how authorization is enforced. If a provider is missing, the application should report that boundary rather than display a successful submission that never persisted.
A practical evaluation, designed for this use case
Create and reopen a request under one test identity, then try to access it under another. Submit an invalid record and repeat a valid event. Inspect storage and the customer-visible confirmation. Record missing setup and repairs through accepted behavior. Compare the result with a simple manual form baseline instead of treating a vendor’s first-attempt percentage as a forecast.

The decision matrix
Original evaluation criteria for this workflow. These are questions to test, not results measured by Roseram.
| Decision | Evidence to collect | Stop or revise when |
|---|---|---|
| Persistence | Record survives the intended lifecycle | A reload loses shared work |
| Authorization | Two-user checks pass | All records are readable by everyone |
| Completion | End-to-end request verified | Preview appearance is called production readiness |

Questions this case answers
Is first-attempt implementation the same as a finished app?
Only if the measure includes the intended behavior, permissions and persistence. File generation alone is insufficient.
Can browser storage be used?
It can suit a labelled local demonstration. Shared business use needs a deliberate data and access design.

Wiki brief
Lazy AI is examined here for internal-app creation and repeatable acceptance. The article answers “What should a nontechnical team verify in an AI-built internal application?” using linked primary material and original evaluation design. It is not a customer testimonial for Roseram or an endorsement by Lazy AI.
Operator takeaways
- Define completion behavior.
- Inspect persistence explicitly.
- Test permissions with separate identities.
