CUSTOMER ACCOUNT / ATTRIBUTED EVIDENCE
What this case establishes
This is a commercial publisher’s customer account. Roseram checked the source and wrote the analysis; it did not interview the customer, run the product, audit the figures or establish that AI caused the reported business result. The pilot below is a proposal, not a completed experiment.

Gradial: the documented workflow
Anthropic describes Gradial applying agents to content authoring, tagging, governance and QA in enterprise campaign workflows. The account reports shorter time-to-live for particular customers. Those outcomes are attributed and depend on the surrounding design, approval and integration systems; they do not establish a universal campaign speedup.
The mechanism worth examining
Marketing execution involves coordinated objects: copy, images, metadata, templates and approvals. A locally correct edit can still violate the campaign’s design system or publish before a stakeholder is ready. Represent those dependencies in the workflow. The assistant should show which artifact changed, what rule it satisfied and which approval remains outstanding.
The implementation decision
Choose a test campaign with a limited set of pages and assets. Provide approved design tokens, claims and publication rules. Separate preparation from activation. Ask the system to preserve template semantics and accessibility when adapting the campaign rather than generating a visually similar page with incompatible markup.
Where the workflow can fail
An agent can overwrite a global component while intending to change one campaign, or mark an asset approved because its text matches an earlier version. Bind approvals to the exact artifact and scope. Inspect responsive behavior, links and alternate text. Do not assume an enterprise deployment claim transfers to another organization’s regulatory or brand requirements.
A practical evaluation, designed for this use case
Run a campaign fixture from brief to staging with an intentional rule violation and a revised asset. Check that QA catches the violation and invalidates stale approval. Record operational steps, rework and time through approved staging. Publishing and audience delivery remain separate explicit actions.

The decision matrix
Original evaluation criteria for this workflow. These are questions to test, not results measured by Roseram.
| Decision | Evidence to collect | Stop or revise when |
|---|---|---|
| Scope | Campaign-specific changes tracked | Global templates change unintentionally |
| Governance | Approval tied to exact artifact | Earlier approval covers a revised claim |
| QA | Responsive and semantic checks | Visual resemblance substitutes for readiness |

Questions this case answers
Does faster time-to-live mean content creation alone improved?
No. The result can involve many operational and approval steps.
Why invalidate approval after edits?
Material changes may no longer match what the stakeholder reviewed.
