CUSTOMER ACCOUNT / ATTRIBUTED EVIDENCE
What this case establishes
This is a commercial publisher’s customer account. Roseram checked the source and wrote the analysis; it did not interview the customer, run the product, audit the figures or establish that AI caused the reported business result. The pilot below is a proposal, not a completed experiment.

Advolve: the documented workflow
Anthropic’s Advolve account describes Claude coordinating creative generation and cross-platform marketing work. It reports operational and ROAS improvements and includes a historical revenue projection. A projection is not a realized outcome, and the reported customer result does not establish the same return for another campaign.
The mechanism worth examining
Campaign orchestration combines creative, targeting, measurement and budget allocation. These actions have different risks and require distinct approval. Preparing an ad is reversible; launching it can spend money and make public claims. The interface should expose the exact account, audience, budget and asset at the final decision, with a record of which data informed the recommendation.
The implementation decision
Use a draft-only campaign fixture and declare a maximum budget without actually funding the test. Separate creative-quality review from attribution analysis. Define acceptable product claims and audience constraints. Before any real activation, verify account permissions and the exact external action rather than allowing a broad goal such as “improve ROAS” to authorize unlimited changes.
Where the workflow can fail
An agent may optimize to a tracking artifact or increase spend to improve gross results while worsening margin. It may also extrapolate a short-term ROAS increase beyond its observation period. Include attribution delays and cost changes in the fixture. Reject actions that alter material parameters after approval or treat an ambitious business projection as a verified historical result.
A practical evaluation, designed for this use case
Compare proposed campaigns with approved brand and spending rules, then reconcile the input data independently. Inspect a changed budget and a duplicated action request. Measure preparation effort and decision quality before considering a controlled live experiment. Report any later commercial result with its period, denominator and uncertainty.

The decision matrix
Original evaluation criteria for this workflow. These are questions to test, not results measured by Roseram.
| Decision | Evidence to collect | Stop or revise when |
|---|---|---|
| Spending authority | Exact budget/account reviewed | A broad goal authorizes external spend |
| Return measure | Costs and attribution window visible | Gross revenue masks worse economics |
| Claim status | Projection labelled as forecast | Expected growth becomes achieved growth |

Questions this case answers
Can a forecast be called a success result?
No. Keep projected and realized outcomes clearly separate.
Does higher ROAS always mean a healthier business?
Not necessarily. Margin, attribution, refunds and other costs also matter.
